Dolphins & Whales are voluntary (conscious) breathers, meaning that they think about their breathing unlike other land mammals.

A whale or dolphin already exhales far faster are more completely than other land mammals do. A human sneeze is about 100 mph ... whales are even faster than that at their normal breathing rate ... so it's possible that they have no "need" for sneezing in the traditional sense. (They may lack the reflexive triggers that we have.)

A blue whale can exhale most of their lung capacity in a blow that can be 20 feet tall within a matter of seconds.

That said, whales, dolphins and porpoises are succeptible to the same respiratory disease that humans and other mammals are such as bronchitis and pneumonia. So they do get sick, just like we do.

Well sneezing is a reaction through the mouth and nasal passages in mammals. Dolphins and Whales breath through the blow holes in the top of their heads. So while they do sneeze it's not in the sense that humans do.

I don't think they run into a lot of dust that could make them sneeze. However they can get nasal infections that make them sneeze - now that is a booger image you don't want to have in your mind.
