how do I form an LLC in NY?

My husband and I would like to form an LLC so that people that rent from us can have some one more official to write their checks out to how do we do this?

Need to file a certificate of formation with the secretary of state's office. Also, depending on where you plan on operating, you will need to publish the formation of the llc in a publication that is within the jurisdiction.

IN NY THERE ARE MANY ORGANIZATION DOING THIS WORK. BUT LLC IN NY IS NOT EASY AND NOT CHEAP SO YOU CAN SEE THEIR OBJECTIVES WHICH ARE VERY POSITIVE TO GRAB.
