depending on how much you weigh right now will factor in on what to do to lose that much weight. however, there are somethings that anyone can do to lose weight. first, eat right. though this sounds like something everyone says, i've seen it work. if you cut yourself down on calories then you will lose a lot of weight. eat more protein and less sugars. if you find yourself too hungry to bear while you are dieting, eat protien bars. PROTI is a brand of protein bars that has a carmel nut bar that tastes EXACTLY like a snickers. it may help your cravings and since it's protein it easily breaks down in your system. second, work out. cardio is your best option. do not push yourself to the max the first time working out because you will be sore and worn out to continue the following days. cardio, aerobics, dance, etc are the best exercises for rapid weight loss. again, depending on how much you weigh currently will depend on how much weight you'll lose quickly. however, most people you have just begun the weight loss process will see about a 20 pound difference in six weeks with working out six times a week and eating healthy. when cutting calories, don't cut below 1000 calories a day or it becomes too unhealthy especially when working out. good luck. i hope that helps.

Make a calorie chart. Count every calorie as best you can and stay between 1,200 and 1,800 calories per day. Eat low calorie meals, like 200 to 300 calories every 3 hours. I lost 70 pounds in 4 to 5 months and if you follow it as best you can you will lose a lot of weight. My personal advice, don't restrict any foods that you would eat regularly, such as a candy bar every now and then. You can eat those things but just in moderation, add it to your calories for that day. Good luck, I know how much of a hassel losing weight is!

I think the most weight you can lose in a healthy way would be 12 pounds and the rate of 2 pounds per week with proper diet and exercise. Of course, there are always the less healthy way... try the detox diet 21 pounds in 21 days. You have to be really commited to it though.

Depending on your current weight and eating habits, you might be able to lose quite a bit by simply changing to healthier habits. When I began living a healthier lifestyle, watching my eating, going to the gym and drinking more water, I lost 15 pounds in the first two week period just because of the water weight. When you are not drinking sufficient water, your body stores excess water, but if your body knows you will be drinking to replenish it, then your body will release that stored water, and that can lead to an immediate result.

Go on a 1000 calorie diet. Take a multiple vitamin with iron.
This should do it.
