When I'm feeling down, there is a place that I like to go that no one (not even my spouse) knows about. I sit on the rocks and look out to the Lake and just think. I think about all kinds of things. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I laugh, and sometimes I just sit there. I have been there more times then I can remember. Just this past week I went there. It takes me and hour or more to get there, but it is perfect. One day I hope I can show someone else my spot, but that day has yet to come.

My two dogs. No matter what kind of day I'm having, when I get home, they're always there happy as can be and so affectionate. Sometimes a doggy lick on my nose is all I need to cheer up.

i just dont think of it anymore.
or i will write all my thoughts down and i would feel much better. having someone around you COULD SOMETIMES be worst esp when that person unintentionally further irritate you or make u feel worst.
unless he/she is the person that just knows how to make ur day (: then be around that person!
