yes. Even though some comes out......some also stays in.
They do recommend that woman having a hard time conceiving that they stay in bed on their backs with a pillow tucked under their hips for 20 min after sex to help the sperm move toward the egg with gravity.

That is normal discharge. Some people have more than others. Yes you can still conceive.
However, based on this question I either think you don't want to conceive or your trying too hard.

That is semen. But you can still conceive. MORE than enough stay iside of you. Some will tell you that you can put a pillow under your hips to help but its simply not true. Enough get in before the man even pulls out.

the sperm is what is leaking out. it is recommended that you remain lying down 15-30 min after intercourse to minimize leakage...but if its meant to be it'll be no matter what
