What kind of store do you have? What is it that you sale? You can put those circular corner of the wall mirrors on opposite sides of the store. You can also put two video cameras at different angles and have the monitor practically in front of you. You can also put signs up that say "smile you are being recorded" or "video surveillance in progress" or "shoplifters will be prosecuted". Try and have someone walking the aisles or standing by the exit... to intimidate shoplifters.

You could put up a sign saying that you will deal with shoplifters as per the Quran (you steal and you lose a hand).

get ur staff to walk once every one hour to make sure nobody steals, or can install CCTV, mirrors, and can also put a sign tat who ever got caught for shoplifting will be handed over to the police, or install those sensor tings which once good taken outside without paying will make a beep beep sound (those major shopping centres have that)
