I don't want to live in a world where a girl can't do whatever she wants to herself in the bubblebath.

Hi. There is absolutely NO reason to feel "guilty", masturbating is a perfectly natural and can be helpful for your health also (for example, it may reduce the risk of prostate cancer, and it's also good for getting to know where the best parts of your body are so that you can get "turned on"). It is a very difficult thing to stop doing, particularly at your age. I don't think that there is anyway to stop the temptations. Hope this helped:-)

Stop feeling guilty. Any shrink will tell you it is a normal healthy part of life (unless your harmful about it such as in public, it's all you do, etc). It shows that you have a normal healthy sex drive and that you feel comfortable with your self and your body - which is always a desirable trait. If your single then it fills a need and shows that you look for more healthy relationships than ones that provide just sex. If you're married try including your spouse. I have a low sex drive and went to many shrinks/docs to no avail - but the sex got much better when we took the pressure off of doing it by doing it to ourselves together. My sex life dramatically improved and we felt more open and honest with each other. Now we do it together more. At the risk of over stepping my bounds I know alot of teenagers masterbate together rather than have intercourse - not as good as abstaining but better than doing. ( I have a teenager and we talk - that's how I know)Good luck - your fine!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with masturbation. It's a normal and healthy part of human sexuality. Almost every one does it, though most won't admit to it becasue they think it's shameful. We have some odd ideas that anything sexual is supposed to be bad, but if it makes you feel good and isn't interfering with your life, then there is nothing to feel guilty about. I remember masturbating since I was about seven years old. I probably did it earlier but can't remember. I broke my own hymen masturbating when I was 10. I didn't lose my virginity until I was almost 18. It's a safe way to relieve sexual urges. You aren't going to dump yourself after, you're not going to give yourself any stds, and you aren't going to get yourself pregnant by masturbating. It's a private personal thing, so just don't go doing it in public.

Masturbation is perfectly healthy. It is a way for you to get to know your own body, its parts, and what pleases you. Masturbation is a lot more healthy then seeking pleasure from different people who could end up giving you an STD or get you pregnant. Do not be embarassed, even though this is usually a private matter, you should not feel guilty about it. It is very natural.

Don't stop doing it, there is nothing to feel guilty about. Its one of the most natural thing to do. Why stop doing something that you enjoy. It could be worse, You could be sleeping around and that sure would make you feel guilty i would imagine. Just keep doing it, you're doing no wrong.

I would not feel bad,but maybe you have some kind of hang-up about it. What makes you feel so bad about it? Is it a religious thing, a dirty feling? Find the source and then make a choice. I think to many women worry about it and I tell you what, men can climax at the drop of a hat, so why should we be denied pleasure????

There is nothing shameful in masturbation, you should NOT feel guilty, it is a natural part of life, of growing up. It is your choice whether you stop or not; if you continue on, no one will know because it is a private topic for you.

No, don't ever feel guilty for the pleasure you receive from masturbation. As far as I'm concerned its a sin to not enjoy it.

And WHY do you feel guilty? Because you think it's a sin? Because you think you're hurting someone else? Because you think it's not approved of?
PUH-LEEZE. Masturbation is safer than casual sex. You are enjoying it while not having to worry about pregnancy or STDs, you're not having to worry about anyone else's pleasure. Oh, AND IT'S NOT A SIN.
If it feels good, do it.
