Kobe's accuser, "admitted" she falsified her testimony and withdrew her accusations. That's how I remember the Kobe case?
But as far as Vick getting another chance. I think he will. As long as he does what he has stated that he's going to do, "grow up." Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you deal with the consequences that makes you who you are as a person.

The NBA would have given him another chance for sure, but this is the NFL and it's too late for Vick to play in the NBA.
Now that you are mixing different sports, if the NFL gives Vick another chance, then the MLB Hall of Fame will have to give Pete Rose a chance for his crime that was lighter.
Or maybe the Pro Football Hall of Fame will have to ban O.J. Simpson.
You're right, leave Vick alone so we don't see him playing again.

You should get your facts right. Kobe never raped anyone. He didn't say he did and it sure as hell wasn't on tape. He had an affair... just like 50-60% of the married population. It's not a crime. You don't go to jail for cheating on your wife. The chrges were dropped. Vick tortured dogs because they already got their a**es kicked by another dog. What Vick did was inhumane and brutal. Vick needs to go to jail for a few years, then start to think about football again.

It is not up to us whether Vick should get a second chance, it is up to the teams who need a quarterback. After the jail sentence we will see if teams still have use for him. I really think he is done for. What he did was terrible. And this is no where near as bad as Kobe because it was consensual and everyone knows THAT CHICK WAS NUTS.

Where is this tape that says he raped a woman? He was INNOCENT in a court of law. Didn't even go to trial. Vick had to take a plea deal to get out of the pokie sooner. Apples and oranges. I think Vick should get another chance as everyone should but this is really apples and oranges.

Yes he deserves another chance. There are CHILD MOLESTERS out on the streets after being convicted. That is a FAR greater crime than what Vick committed. They have been given a second, third, and fourth chance. But that's a whole different issue.
So yes he should get another chance.

For what he did I personally could care less whether he gets a chance or not. Fact is dogs are more like humans then most everyone realizes. I personally believe after what he did what is meant to be will happen to him. I could care less whether or not he gets another shot to play in the NFL...but he probably will i have a feeling. BTW DAVID G IS RIGHT....THEY HAD NO CLUE ON THE DOGS IN THE FIRST PLACE

Kobe didn't rape that ugly b i t c h. She had two other peoples semen in her underwear from having sex with them the day before him. She was too ugly to be having three people rape her in two days. Just so happens that the person accused of raping her is a millionaire. I think he should sue her for slander. Women play with the word rape way too much, its about time they stop that s h i t.

Kobe did not admit to raping anyone - and he certainly was never proven to have done so. Vick, on the other hand, just plead guilty. Of course, killing dogs should not be considered a crime. So, let them both make their money and play their games.
