No its going to take Mike to salvage himself.As far as the commissioner goes he's on a slippery slope if he bans Vic.Then what you going to ban every player who hits his wife or something and if you dont they will be saying "Dogs more important than people".The commissioner did what he thought he had to after a long thought process about the situation.
