Good guy, but edgy. Conflicted hero due to a less than stellar past; battling ego centric tendencies; struggling to do the right thing - knowing full well it is the only "real" thing he can do. Wounded warrior that doesn't want to let anyone too close because it makes him vulnerable, yet realizing it is also the only thing that makes him human.
