The only reason I can fathom why someone would claim that "China is going to take over" is that the individuals making this claim wish to convert the US to an inefficient Communist Government, like the one in China, and hope to use fear to convince people to adopt Communist 'so that the Chinese will be nicer to us when they take over'.
In reality, The ChiComs can't even manufacture toys correctly, much less manufacture complex weapon systems, and, despite the fact that they've been talking about it for more then fifty years, can't even conquer the nation of Taiwan, much less take on a military super-power like the United States.

China already has taken over the world financially, with much thanks to all the American corporations that have relocated there, and that have their products manufactured in that communist nation. This country, through the greed of the "captains of industry", have done more to support communism than Mao, Stalin and Marx combined.

They can have more than that. They can have two with permition. Any more and they have to pay a higher tax rate.
