The Congressional Democrats are at 16% because they are too wimpy to stand up to bush and his utter contempt for the Constitution and the rights of the American people. They were voted in to end bush's reign of incompetence, not lay down with their legs in the air and ask him to rub their bellies.

Bill Clinton is middle of Year 7 of his Presidency: 70 percent.

George W. Bush in middle of Year 7 of his Presidency: 26 percent.

Which begs the question: What has to happen for the last 26 percent to see through this bum?
