Having a problem with my hot water and heating boiler that broke up and leaked, I was suggested by their representatives in Athens Greece a modification with a different new boiler.
Wanting to avoid possible further problems, I sent on June 11th an e-mail explaining the nature and the suggested solution for my problem and for guidence.
7 days later, june 18th, they reply asking me the specifics of the broken boiler, which I sent them right away the same day.
On July 27th having no answer yet, I re-sent the first e-mail with the info.
Today 27th of August, I still have no answer yet.
