Cheap Band rehearsal space in East Lancashire ?

My son's rock band need a space to rehearse. They don't have much money, so any room with plug sockets will do!

They could ask their school music department or other performance department if they could rehearse there. My school always let my band rehearse after school with no problems. Failing that their music teacher should have some ideas, quite often there are rehearsal rooms which you can hire - though they can be a little expensive.
