To my knowledge,there is no difference.

"Buck naked" means "completely naked".
As far as i know, "butt naked" means you have a bare butt, but the rest of you isn't necessarily naked, for instance if someone has their pants pulled down for a spanking.

I hope you tried looking these up in a dictionary first. If you don't have one you should have tried on online dictionary.

I think butt naked is being totally naked and buck naked is...a naked buck? lol i don't know :)
