Places to travel, volunteer, Airfare not included??

Hello, I am a flight attendant, therefore i get very good deals on flights. I was wondering if anyone knows of any websites to check out for travel packages or volunteering in which airfare is not included??

this seems to be really popular all of a sudden. there are many many if you just google volunteer vacations. one was from the sierra club..
what a great idea to do that if you have the ability. good luck
