take 2 asprin for the pain in the head and as for the lazy horn have your girl friend give you a hand , or at least take things into your own hand , and the gf taking care of the lazy horn should help with the depression

Go do something for someone else without asking for anything in return. Then go do that for another person and another. Volunteer at a hospital or old folks home, there are a lot of lonely people there who would love a visit. You are too into your self you can't think of anything else.
