i need to know if there is a Hawaiian indian tribe for my humanities class. thank you so much for everything!!! =)

(i already checked google and other search engines so i really need help)

No "Indians" in Hawaii. They are Hawaiians. While "scientists" claim that natives came to America across the frozen seas, or across dry land when the oceans were locked in glaciers, the natives claim they came by boat, which makes sense, as how could the Hawiians have come from SE Asia by foot?
They were a seafaring people, who kept venturing further and further out to sea, until they landed on the Hawaiian Islands.

But, they were not "Indians", a completely different peoples, a completely different culture.

... Hawaiians arent Native American. They are Polynesians
