There is not one. As this is an appointed position, not an elected one, there is no minimum age requirement or minimum experience requiremnet. However, they must go through a very thorough investigation by the Senate, so not all candidates appointed actually go on to be justices (although most do).

No minimum. In fact, you don't even have to be a lawyer to be a Supreme Court justice!
(Constitutionally, that is. But these days, the Senate would not confirm any Supreme Court justice who is not very experienced and well-known as a good legal thinker, if not a judge.)
