Are you upset with me because I don't like Bush on some women?
Edit: I would also like to add for someone that is looking for solutions you don't come up with a lot of your own.

The current administration hasn't exactly gotten it under control and whoever is next won't either far as terrorism is concerned. It has been here for several years and will be here for some years to come. There is more to the issues that affect Americans than the 'War on Terror'. Not everywhere in the country is unemployment as low as "quoted" and economic conditions just moving right on up. I happen to be in one of those areas and because of my children have less of an ability to pick-up and move to a better economic & job area. I have to take all the issues into consideration: those of the country, the area I reside, and the future potential outcome of these issues and their impact on my children. Each administration leaves an impact and begins a cycle that another inherits along with being able to accomplish specific goals.
Somewhere several years ago the American public decided it had to know every little thing the government did which restricted some of the covert activities that might have brought this to other ends much earlier.

Why are there so many
songs about rainbows
whats on the other side?
Rainbows are visions,
their only illusions
Rainbows have nothing to hide
I've heard it too many times
to ignore it
there's something that I'm supposed to be
Someday we'll find it
the rainbow connection
The lover
the dreamer
and me.
Who said that every wish
would be heard and answered
if wished on the morning star?
Somebody thought of that
and someone believed it
and look what it's done so far.
What's so amazing
that keeps us star gazing
what do we think we might see?
Someday we'll find it
the rainbow connection
the lover
the dreamer
and me
la la la lllaaaa la la la
Yes Earnest, there all problems out there but this country is too divided right now and we need to find a way to unify.
I would love to see ANYONE come up with a plan to bring this country together again.

Take a right at Mr. Roger's neighborhood and it'll take you straight to Sesame Street. BUT stay away from Mr. Roger's and PeeWee Herman. Just go straight to Sesame Street
* Well let's see what the Dems are excited about...Ok we have socialist Hillary and inexperienced Obama. Yeah, I'd be excited too. I'm sure flip flops and wars with allies will really help.

I have no problem with the fight against radical Muslim terrorists.
But, the bulk of them reside in Saudi Arabia. Do you understand the teachings of the Wahhabi sect? Are Saudis exempt from the 'War on Terror' because they own 10% of America?
Is the possibility of negative repercussions to the US economy more important than eliminating the terrorist belief system that is such a grave danger to Western civilization?

I'm hoping it will be better.
I have more than one problem with this admin, and there is a chance some of those issues might go away.
radicalism of any kind is not easy to combat and there is no set plan for it.
we can only tighten security and be very, strict at airports, docks, trains, and with our imports. we now randomly search less that 10% of the things that come into this nation- that is not acceptable.

A "final solution"?
I'm sure that if you reeeeeally thought about it, you could come up with a worse choice of words.
How about this: We treat terrorists as murderers, not part of some verlying network of brown people forming an army to invade us. We capture or kill those responsible for terrorist acts and leave the rest the hell alone. We also resist the urge to play up the threat and give free advertising to the groups responsible and, ultimately, the causes that they are trying to achieve through terror.
It's called "not playing their game." Look up Margaret Thatcher. She was pretty good at it.

Yes, we do realize these are problems.. and we also feel that the current administration is compounding these problems. That's why we'll feel relieved when we have a new President. One that, for now, we can be optimistic that they will proceed in a better way... follow the 9/11 commission reports... work on our foreign relations.. that sort of thing.... if they don't.. we'll be just as upset with them.

Terrorists are hoping for a democrat in the White House because they are proven "soft" on the war on terror. Edwards claims it is just a bumper sticker.
The only way to get rid of terrorism is to fight them.
