Who prints custom invitation with cut outs or slit in them?

I need a print press that can print my custom designs. For an example invitations with cut outs or folder or brochures that fold certains ways.

Call local printers and see what they offer.
If you have multiple cutout. You may have to have a dye made and they will possibly have to be cut a few at the time. And this could add time.
If your folds are other than standard they will have to be fold by hand one at the time.

A lot depends on how many you need and how soon you need them. Most machinery is set up for specific routine jobs and your designs certainly don't sound routine.

If you need just a few, then get to work and make each a special art item.
