My boyfriend and I are going to Vegas for New Years this year. What's the best thing for twenty-somethings to do that night? If you have suggestions, do I need to make special arrangements or book it in advance?? THANKS!

My sister lives out there. We are staying with her. So I'm not looking for a hotel to stay at. I am looking for ideas on where to go (clubs/bars) on New Years Eve.

It's like "hazel2253" said, book now!! Some hotels are already sold out for NYE. The rates are high, they will only get worse.

To check room rates

To access every hotel/casino web site in LV to compare rates

The strip would be great if you don't mind hanging out with a million or so of your closest friends. They close down the strip to vehicle traffic for NYE.

We're going to be downtown, and I'm pretty sure we are going to stay there for the FSE celebration.

For shows and events

Transportation

Deuce/CAT bus, Taxi, Free Hotel Shuttles, Monorail, Trolley, Limo, etc

Have a great time.
