Hell yeah they are. Look at what they've done:
They had the #1 offense in the league last year, averaging nearly 400 yards a contest. To that offense, they added David Patten, a two time Super Bowl champion, at receiver, they also added Robert Meachem in the first round, who is a young version of the departed Joe Horn, they added Eric Johnson, a pass catching tight end who when healthy can really light it up. They added quality depth on defense with Kaesvaharn, Simmons, Clancy, and Jason David. They were almost there last year, this year they will be there and defeat the Chargers in Glendale, AZ.

If Brees plays the way he's been playing, even in the preseason, he can lead them to the Super Bowl. They got better on defense and should make a run. Did you see how consistent his numbers were in the pre season?

they have a good chance of makin it to the semifinals in the nfc and maybe the superbowl. rex grossman hasnt been doin that well in the preseason. if they make it to the superbowl they will either have to face the patriots, ravens, colts, or chargers. so they have a chance at the semifinals but probably not at the superbowl if rex doesnt struggle if they play the bears

Nope The AFC is a stronger conference. Saint won't even make it to the Superbowl. The Bears are stronger.

I can't see them winning the Super Bowl, but I can see them being there. Its going to be another big season for San Diego, and I think LT deserves a ring.

I would say most definitely NOT. They might be the best in the NFC this year but there are far to many good AFC teams in the mix.
