if you and your friend would have like a special way of saying hello, that you never saw on anyone else and never used with anyone else and you thought it was something just between you two, and then you would see that your friend uses it with all his/her close friend, would you feel betraid? like your friendship is not as special as you thought it was?

Yeah, I guess a little. By the way, it's betrayed.

I mean if that is a best friend and you guys have something that special it shouldn't be shared with anyone else. But if you look at it from a different point of view, maybe it's something that s/he symbolizes close friendships... regardless you are still special and you should talk to him/her about it if it is bothereing you that much

I would kinda be hurt because it made me think that me and my friend had something the two of us could do. And then they used it on something else. I probably wouldn't do something like that again if it was used on someone else.

I wouldn't really feel betrayed, I'd just be really mad at them. Especially if I started the whole thing with them, and then they turned around and did it with someone else.

In a year, you're going to be looking back and thinking "special hello?" what was I thinking?

So don't worry about it.

I wouldn't feel "Betrayed" for that. What that means is that he/she finds that "special way of saying hello" as worth of sharing. You should learn to open and share. Don't isolate yourself, the world is huge. And you also refer to him/her as "friend", and his/her friends as "close friends" maybe he/she is closer to them than to you.

Only if that "special way" of greeting was listed in the Kama Sutra.

Yeah I think I would.
But if you're planning on telling your friend, I don't think you should because you might come out of it feeling really stupid.

I would prob ask myself if I just like this friend as a friend or if there's deeper feelings on my part

no, nobody's special. Once you realize that, you will feel a whole lot better about yourself.
