Just because you're frustrated or don't agree with someone, doesn't mean you need to call them names. What was Kookoo Banana's advice again? Oh yeah. "Grow up!"

Wow, and the maturity continues. I love the answers that more or less prove my point.

Good one.

To answer: They have no where else to go to spread their ca ca. No one in real life take this "liberals are child eating scum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" crap seriously.

If they doubled their meds they'd be too sedate to even do THAT!

MANY nut-check conservatives on here. Many.

There are many young people who have only ever heard the liberal point of view. They have that constantly reinforced by many of their favorite Hollywood personalities or recording artists. It gets reinforced by the establishment news media.
They often only talk to other young people who are just as biased as they are but they have no ability to see that they are biased.

They then get on here and have their belief systems challenged. It is frustrating for them since up until now, everyone they ever communicated with agreed with them. The anger you see is the result of that frustration. Some of them will never get over it. Some will calm down, listen to those who disagree and at least accept that not everything they have been taught is based in reality. But then there are some who actually stop and really challenge what they are being told. Who not only hear but listen to the other side.

Once they do this, they invariably, (not become conservatives) realize that they are conservatives. They look around at America and think, "how could anyone hate a place like this?"

I agree, but there can't be a double standard. That's why I called out Banana's,

I personally get fustrated when we discuss the war and as a soldier who has had multiple tours in both Afgan and Iraq, I give facts, expericnce in the field and see those oppose the war and never been there or no the first thing about the Military and Military tactics,

I have always said it's ok to disagree with the president but this flat out hate and name calling and disrespectful icons toward our president that people use, is UN-American. It's ok to disagree with polices but hate is bad

If you look around the current state of politics, there's a lot to be angry about, for everybody. That, coupled with the comfortable anonymity of the internet, allows people to be rude in ways they wouldn't dare on a face-to-face basis.

In the abstract philosophical sense, I agree with you. However, that's the way political debate goes. It's worsethan average at the present time, granted--due to the polarizing tactics of the "neoconservatives" (that's not a political comment--just a verifiable fact).

But--take a look at American (or any other country's) history--this isn't bad at all.

faith and Spirituality. You tend to fulfill the folk who manage God and Jesus as a business enterprise. it truly is a product like promoting cleansing soap. and that they are the final to admit it. All you elect is a bible and pray to God your self. yet they inform you they are going to sell you the Bible and then it is all approximately promoting a product. They scare previous females into leaving all their reductions to those adult adult males. Reverend Goodie 2 shoes desires the money to paintings his undertaking. they are hustlers, easily. Con adult adult males. working church homes out of a tent like a circus. Mailing money to each changing PO packing containers and internet web content. it truly is a drugs tutor. Jesus replaced my life and that i choose you to be saved. this is BS. they are pimping Jesus and twisting regardless of it truly is right into a con guy's catch. They make the main devoutly religious human beings, people who're in discomfort and concern dying, and that they make the main them. they should only call it the Christian Evangelical section. this is maximum of the folk of folk there. maximum of it truly is Jesus this and Jesus that. What approximately Jewish human beings? What approximately Muslims? What approximately Buddiststs? by using exploiting their very own faith they disrespect the rights of individuals to share distinctive ideals. people who prepare Wicca are very religious. yet while certainly one of them dared to communicate approximately that, the Holy Rollers would be on that guy or woman like wolves tearing a lamb aside. it could be an Evangelical gang bang of the Wiccan. A stress by using fireplace and brimstone thrashing of the pagan.

I'M ******* SICK OF THESE RANTS PEOPLE PUT ON THE POLITICS BOARDS! WRAGGH!!!!

The true answer is because a lot of people don't know how to use forums or IRC chat rooms. They join here, and instead of asking a question, they make a rant. I usually answer "WHY ARE PEOPLE SO STUPID, VOTING FOR GEORGE W. BUSH" with something like, "YOUR FACE IS STUPID!" or something silly like that to defuse the situation. I'd recommend it for any of these crazy liberal or conservative psycho fascists.

That's what happens when blood, taxes and money get involved. Lots of blood. Lots of taxes. Lots and lots of money. People are willing to be a little rude to avoid the first two in order to get the third.

I've been wondering about this for over a year. One night I got so angry about seeing dumb, malicious and obviously rhetorical questions being asked that I "answered" one of them by saying, "For Pete's sake, guys! Cut it out! I can't take this anymore! Good night, I'll see you nimrods tomorrow." And then I logged out for the rest of that night.

But for some ridiculous reason, I have kept coming back for more. Why?

Politics is a very touchy subject. Many people are offended by other people's views here more than any other area.
