No, but a sign at a church did, and I'm not even Christian. It said something to the effect of "he who angers you controls you". So I started letting the anger go.

Yes, I believe so and on numerous occasions. Two, that come to mind in particular one was a woman I met in a battered woman's shelter, she said something to me that changed my life, for the better, I've never seen her again, but I wish I would so I could thank her. All I know about her was that her first name was Juanita. Another was a gentleman who left the office next to mine just about the same time every day, I never paid much attention to him although I probably said hello on occasion, one day he stopped me and he asked why I never made made eye contact with him, he asked "is it because my skin is a different color than yours".....it really made me think about how we react to other based on assumptions and prejudices without even really realizing it. He taught me a great lesson, I look everyone I encounter on the street, in the mall, wherever I go, directly in the eye and I speak to them. So yes, those are example of two stranger who made me change my life, I am certain there are more. Good question!

nope....it's only my family that points out my flaws....i am not sure if that's a good thing or not. The only thing I guess would come close is in the beauty salon, where they can influence me about the type of hairstyle to go with, even if it's not even what I wanted. I succumb to peer pressure very easily.

Yes, when I was younger a woman taught me not to take life so serious. To be more of a positive person. Today, she is one of my best friends, though she is much older than I am. We have been good friends through the loss of her two daughters and my step-daughter. I aspire to be more like her everyday:~) She always has such a positive outlook on things

Yes. Someone at work reinstated my faith in people have intuitive powers. She came up to me and told me about things in my life . Weird...She also encouraged me to develop my powers and work with my tarot cards again. I put them down because things were really true and people would start opening up about their lives...I wasn't ready for that and believe you really should have a psychology degree when working with tarot. It can be a very helpful tool in making people open up about what is goin on in life. But I have started working with reiki healing powers again. This person asked me to help her when she was sick and she believed a have very strong powers when used. Anything to help a friend...after all that's what Jesus would have done. As long as you have faith you can do anything with the help of God or whatever power you believe in(self). :)

Yes... an online friend... is that still considered a stranger? I don't know, but she was my mentor. She helped me understand many things about myself, and thusly, I am still here... alive. Ugh!

Not really. I pretty much do what I want regardless of what others think and say.

I'll always give criticism my attention, but utlimately I'm going to be who I want to be.
