Two moons tonight? Only if you go outside after dark and drop your pants. :-P
More seriously ... Mars was unusually close to Earth in the summer of 2003, about as close as it ever gets. Even to the naked eye, it was noticeably larger and brighter and easier to spot.
Unfortunately, every summer since then, the same story goes around with the year updated. This year, there's an added detail that Mars will appear as large as the full Moon in the sky, which is not true. Mars NEVER appears that big; not even in 2003. Check the Snopes link below for the true story!
Tonight, however, there will be a total lunar eclipse, which will make the Moon appear reddish in color. I have a suspicion that whoever started the Mars e-mail for 2007 knew of the eclipse, and they're laughing their @$$ off at the thought of gullible people seeing the Moon tonight and thinking it's Mars.
If you happen to be awake tonight at 2:30 am (Pacific Time) or so, have a look outside and enjoy a view of a total lunar eclipse. It really is a neat sight. Just PLEASE don't mistake it for Mars!

That is not going to happen. This myth started in 2003 when Mars did come unusually close to Earth, and has been repeated every summer ever since. But even in 2003 it never got close enough to look like anything other than a bright star. This year Mars will not pass close to Earth until winter, and even then it won't be as close as it was in 2003.
