There are two possible mock liberal answers to give:

1. It's due to global warming from man made fuel emissions, and Bush wants to keep it that way, so Halliburton continues to get more rich.

2. As we speak, Bush is redirecting it to New Orleans...because it's well documented he hates them and was responsible for their last problem with weather.

His efforts would be better spent in his sheperd roll, counseling his sheep on the importance of truth, tolerance, acceptance, education, writing and speaking clearly (maybe not his best subject) reading more, listening well, etc.

No doubt! I stubbed my toe yesterday, I think Bush is to blame for not warning me of the impending danger that lay before me, and not investing enough money into state, local and federal building codes that could have prevented my stubbed and throbbing toe! Damn that evil Bush for everything he does......
