He and I took an assessment to determine where we place in college math. We both assessed into the same level math course. Should we take the same class at the same time or should I take it at a different time? I could pick him up on the way to class to save him some money.

I think it would be great! Having a support group (even just the 2 of you) is key to success.

Of course, unless he would feel weird about the situation, you know, him hitting on a girl and all.

I would the same time but maybe a different class. That way you can still carpool. Otherwise a different time. It might feel a little awkward for him, but also, you want him to be able to branch out and meet new people, which may be hard with his parent watching him.

You should ask him. He might not be comfortable being in the same class as his mom. Actually, it would be better if you have someone else ask him, because he might not want to tell you to your face.
