HP will take them off your hands for free, postage paid, and may even buy them back from you, even if they are a different brand and don't work.

U could see if a local charity recycles them, I doubt anyone will buy them.

U also kinda missed a vital clue to help people point you in correct direction, WHERE in the WORLD they are !

You may want to donate them to a school or to a church.

Some schools that offer vocational programs may have one that specializes in repairs. That would be a good experience.
