Yep defiantly, i love Michael Jackson's music but he is so guilty, he should defiantly c the inside of a cell. Why has Pete Doherty not been arrested yet, they r always finding drugs on him. I think they should give celebrities harder jail times so that regular people people who look up 2 them realize they are wrong n don't try n follow in their footsteps.

Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Nicole Richie all broke the law. Michael on the other hand, did nothing wrong. He was framed and there was no evidence to prove him guilty. Michael is innocent no matter what you or anybody else say!

Yes I agree with Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie all got off easy, Michael Jackson didn't serve any time because he was innocent and proven not guilty!

Michael Jackson didn't get any jail time, and he wouldn't have even if he was a normal person because he didn't do anything wrong. as for the other two, most people get reduced sentences on the basis of their cooperation with the police, celebrities HAVE to cooperate or their reputation will really be ruined then, so I don't think they get lighter sentencing, because that's how our system works, it's based on good behavior, even with non celebrities.

YES!!!!! ex.....Paris Hilton only spent like a few months in jail 4 drunk driving and some ppl spend like the rest of their lives in jail 4 tht!!!!!

Not any more than other folks with money who can afford better attorneys. With sentencing guidlines these days, most get about the same thing as you or I would for the crimes they plead to or are found guilty of. The difference is the quality of the lawyers arranging a plea or defending them in a trial.

yes because everybody thinks that they are much more better and deserve much better treatment than us little normies. SIGH.. i wish they just treated them like regular people.
i bet if paris killed a person she would only be in jail for like a month.

u dont do the time if u do nothing its the same for everybody not only just michael.for other instances , usually if ya cooperate u get reduced time
