I found some online; I would also think that you could get them at lots of stores like Target or maybe Kmart; grocery stores might have them as well.

Wal-Mart. Or you can make your own! get some fishing line (20lb test) and some fishing weights(pretty big ones). Make 4 small holes in the table cloth, run the fishing line thru the holes. cut off as much as you need. clap the weights around the end of the line. add as much as needed to hold the cloth down.
