I think only the Amish bathe with clothing on. Remember the movie Witness?
I have an outdoor shower- sometimes I have to shower during the day and there is an audience. I have a light weight shift to wear.

Hmm I'm usually naked when I shower except for a shower cap at times. Now I will have to try showering with my pants on lol. Funny question though!!!!

Yeah I always leave my pants on when showering. It serves two purposes: I get clean and the pants get clean.lol

I don't ever submerge myself fully into water is a phobia I have so definitely pants on can never be to careful.
