A soft cloth (cotton or microfiber are good) and water. If water does not work, try a soft soap solution (liquid hand soap).

Do not let the cloth get so wet that water runs down the screen. It will not do the monitor any good if it gets into the electronics!

DO not use paper towels. Do not use dish detergent. Both are abrasive and can damage the surface treatments of your screen.
