Items that arrive in the mail unordered or not requested by you are like SPAM and junk mail. If you respond, even to say don't send me any more, you will increase your chances of getting other items you don't want. If your name is on the invoice, just donate the vitamins to a female you know and throw away the package and invoice. If someone else's name in on the invoice, you can contact the company ONCE to let them know about the error. If they want the vitamins back, they should pay for the return. Since this is a sample, I'm guessing you have no ethical obligation to deal with them.

If you did not order the product, you are not responsible for payment or return. You may want to send them a letter, stating that these vitamins were sent to you by mistake and that you did not order them. If they will send you a UPS call tag or a self addressed pre stamped container or envelope, you will return them. If they do not reply, or just continue to send you bills, you have more than met your obligation, and should disregard their attempts to collect. I would keep a copy of the letter you write, which should be dated. You could possibly need this if they try to hurt your credit status.

I put things like that back in the original packaging and write on it "return to sender" or circle your name on the front and put " not at this address". The second one is the best because most likely they won't send anything else to you. Then, give it to your mail person or just stick it in your mail box. I always write and circle in a red sharpie so that the post office can see it clearly.
This way you don't use your time calling them.
Hope this helps

You could send it back. However, I have been told that any unrequested shipments can be considered a free gift. I would call the company and ask them why they sent it. If they want it back, ask them for a call back from UPS...meaning they pay the postage. If they want you to pay for anything tell them no, and keep it.

Send it back with an angry letter, they might giv u somethin extra
i would say something like " r u takin the bloody piss... u callin me a woman, ur momma is a woman"
no im only joking i would say something like
im disgruntled with your company, and the way things are run, and im thinking of telling everyone i know of my experience with you
if they tell you no u have ordered it then u tell them to send the proof, and if they ask for the money tell them (all by mail) that u will seek further legal action

Personally I would repackage with an explanation of why I was sending it back. Mark the box with "Return to Sender" and then take it to the post office. They should return it w/o you having to pay any postage.

Well, normally, I'd suggest you to send it back. It's nice. And tell them that you didn't order it. I don't think that you will need to pay for it.
But that way is the GOOD way.
If you know that this thing is good, I guess that you could keep it.
It depends on you.

If you did not order it, it is a gift and need not be either acknowledged or returned. Use the stuff, or trash it, at your option. Since you have evidently opened the package, the option of marking it "Refused - return to sender" is available to you only if you pay return postage -- and I wouldn't bother.

IF ITS addressed correctly to you and you didn't order and didn't give out personal data, just ignore it, its a scam to get you to pay.
If USPS made you sign, reconnect with them and ask the same questions, did they deliver to wrong person and are/is there another in the neighborhood with the same name???
