Pour a few ounces into a balloon and very quickly do the following:
Tie a knot in the unfrozen neck of the balloon.
Flush the balloon down the toilet.
Leave.

I would not do anything at all with any type of liquid Nitrogen. That stuff is dangerous and should be handled by a rookie. By the sounds of it, you seems like an individual that is mad at their boss? and wants a little vengeance. Anyway, you have heard the saying what goes around comes around, or Visa-verse, then the time will come that your boss? or company will get theirs.

Well, since you had to put the qualifier of "no lawsuits" in there my answer is blown out of the water! I was going to say toss on your boss's nether regions. That's sure to get you fired.

Leave the dewar open for prolonged time.
After few months the color will change to light blue.
That's the color of oxigen condensated from air.
Liquid oxigen is much more exciting than nitrogen and the possibilities are unlimited....

not much, it dissapates in the air. you could prbably get a huge shock out of your boss by dumping it all over the floor, it wouldn't damage anything, you could dump it on his chair, or put it in a soda bottle, screw the cap on tight and run, it will make a huge bang when it explodes, pretty dangerous though, do it in the parking lot

waste enough of it in front of your boss....if you have it in a dewar just pour it out in front of him while looking all googly eyed...if he asks you to stop then just look at him all googly eyes while maintaining a constant stream...
be careful though frostbite from liquid nitrogen can seriously mess you up

get a hotdog put it on the hotdog then go up to your boss and pretend your doin something with banging and you bang it against your finger and it goes into pieces and say you were playin wit the ln(put the hotdog whwere it looks like ur finger) idk just quit if u wanna get fired
