Due to have breast reduction on 14th Sept not sure which are best sports bras to buy,
Also do I need to buy I need a bigger band size, I am in a 36h now going to c or d. thanks

To be honest, I waited until I came out of hospital after mine to pick a sports bra.
You can't guarantee how much swelling there is going to be.
I'd also suggest not paying the earth for one.
It just needs to be supportive and comfortable enough to sleep in as well.

Now why would you do that? Be proud of your natural body and don't discriminate yourself just for an above average breast size. Although if you must know the only way to make your breasts look naturally smaller I think a breast reduction surgery would be the only way.

Find a sports bra in your band size and a band size bigger.
For me, I bought a front closure bra in a size 38 (usual band size) and two a size larger (40 band size) to take swelling into account.

When I had mine done, the doctors measured me after surgery and then sent my mum to buy them! It's best to wait and see what your consultant says. Good luck with the op, it's very uncomfortable for the first couple of weeks but it's worth it in the end!
