Miracles are natural. When they do not occur something has gone wrong.
Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love. The real miracle is the love that inspires them. In this sense everything that comes from love is a miracle.
A miracle is a service. It is the maximal service you can render to another. It is a way of loving your neighbor as yourself. You recognize your own and your neighbor's worth simultaneously.
Peace

a miracle is something that cannot be defined by our understanding, but i think most people would say that a miracle is something that has a message of greater good or love behind it. I would say no because i am pretty sure alot of miracles happen that people do not attribute to God, but if your looking for a classic example like Jesus performing miracles then i would say believing in God to perform the miracle is required. im not exactly sure how to answer that to the full extent.

No not really, some people first believe in miracles to believe in God. They first see what God did and then they get convinced and join a religion.

Everything that is good and true is from God. We don`t need to see miracles in order to believe that there is GOD. We are the miracles! Our life is a miracle.

Depends on your definition of a miracle. If you mean an unexplained incident that turned out well. Then no. If you mean, an intervention in the normal, orderly processes of the universe to benefit a particular person or group of people, then yes you believe someone or thing is doing the intervention.

If you don't believe in God, then you can't believe in miracles. It's a package deal. It's like believing in the art piece without believing that there was an artist who created it.

Nope. People can believe in all sorts of silly things that don't exist. Some atheists believe in astrology and spoon bending, I suppose. Many atheists believe reality is an illusion. I have no idea why people can't be satisfied with reality and have to invent supernatural garbage.
