Ok so my boyfriend and I have been friends for the last 10 years. He got married about 5 yrs ago and is going thru his divorce. We've been seriously dating now for about a year. Thing is, his ex is driving me and him up the wall. She made a fake email for him and tried to pretend she was him. She emailed me trying to talk about things we have done in bed. I know its her bc my bf doesnt even have a computer. When I told him he was p-o'd. He confronted her and she claims it was me that made the email? Uh hello why would I make a fake email from him and send to myself to have a convo w/ myself about things we have done. Just does not make any sense. She's also trying to explain to him that I'm a cow and weigh over 300lbs and wears a size XXXL. Uhm don't you think he knows what I look like and what size I wear by now? She is just so annoying!! Anyways, she's being difficult about the big D and won't sign the papers. What can he/I/we do to get her to sign and finally leave us alone!?!?

I've been there and done that... quit falling into her trap the more attention she gets the happier she will be....Trust me, my honey's ex finally gave in after months of drama, she's always the victim...yea right...It's at this point funny because she loves the drama.and she still tries to make more but we see through her now..so my suggestion is whatever stupid thing she comes up with ignore it, and if he's been your friend for 5 years and you two are now dating well that means you know him and if in your heart you two want to be together things will work out...But don't give her the satisfaction of falling into an argument she created...

Have they gone tothe Final Divorce Hearing? If so, and she is refusing to sign the papers, your bf's lawyer can file a motion for the judge to enter the decree without the ex's signature. If the papers she isn't signing are a 'proposed agreement' and she's refusing to sign.... well there's nothing bf can do except take her to court. I wouldn't even speak to or about the ex.... it's just her way of trying to manipulate your bf and aggrevate you... don't give her the satisfaction!

First, can't "Make" anyone sign, illegal and the divorce would be considered void and he'd still be married, not signing would be a contested divorce...it costs more and is more of a legal hassle but the courts would eventually grant him the divorce.
Secondly, not giving psychotic people ammunition is the best remedy. If they think you don't care then they'll move on to others who'll give them a reaction that they crave. Ignore her.

It will take some time for her to realize things are over. Just be sure that your reactions to her are not "entertaining" because that will only stir her more. Be calm and collected. Talk with your boyfriend to make sure she doesn't cause issues between the two of you.

Not signing is the only power she has. Take away the power by not caring. I am sure this happens all the time. His attorney should be able to help.
A screaming child will eventually stop when no one pays attention. SO I would suggest that you ignore her.

Im going thru the same thing, except is his ex girlfriend. get a restraining order on her or file harassament charges. keep all the email she sends you and show them to police.
