I am a die hard Micheal Vick fan and I believe Micheal Vick's apology was very sincere and apologetic but I think the only reason he is sorry is because he got caught. I am not sure if he really knows what he did to those dogs was wrong. I am not sure if he really has compassion for those dogs that will be euthanized. I believe right now he is sick in his stomach, about not playing football, how his image is tarnished, and how much money he has lost. I am sure he is sorry for what he did, but I just think he does not have compassion for the innocent dogs affected by his action.
Given the severity of those crimes, he should be able to redeem himself. He should have a chance to come back and play in the NFL and he did take the first step in apologizing to the public for what he did.
I believe he knows what he did was wrong, but I am not sure if he really has genuine compassion for the dogs effected by his actions.

I don't buy his apology. He funded, bred, tortured, killed and allowed for the mutilation of "fight" dogs for his enjoyment and pleasure. He is not sorry for his actions, how can he? He had fun, he enjoyed it, he participated!!! He is sorry because his actions brought his fall, he was kicked out of the team, the team wants over $20 million back in advanced payments and he is being fingered as a cruel, heartless human being. I personally don't think that looking really sad and sorry would help his career. A few dead dogs too late.

Hell no! If his @s$ was really sorry he never woulda lied in the first place. He shoulda snitched before his boys did maybe he wouldn't have to go to jail and make sure he doesn't drop the soap.

I think he was, but time will tell. While I'm not a Vick fan, and what he did was deplorable, I do think he deserves a second chance, assuming he straightens up.

If he were really sorry, he would have fielded questions. He is still being a coward. So much for his big, strong, athlete image! He's a WUSS!

Considering the statement was written by his attorney, I don't doubt he looked insincere
