I realize that I have been removed form somebody's 360 who is on my 360 network. How do I remove them and who ever I feel like removing for futre references?

In the upper bar, click on "my friends", scroll down to the person's name and click remove.

you can go to their page and right under their avatar/ picture there is a remove option.
Or you can go to the friends option at the top of the 360 page and search for their name in the list and click on remove as well

not sure but I think you go to your friends list and click remove.
