Since you paid $150 for them, it's definitely worth it even if it costs $50 but it probably won't be anywhere near that. "Usually" (depending where you live and what your local tailors charge), it'll be somewhere from $8.00 to $12.00 for the hem and another $10.00 or so to take in the waste, which includes any tucking of side or back seams just below the waste band. $20 is a good guess and worth it. MOST clothes today SHOULD be tailored though most people don't bother. Clothing is all manufactured in very general sizes, always wider and longer to cover a broader range of bodies. No two bodies are identical, so to look REALLY put together and well dressed, tailor your clothes. You can often get REALLY good deals at sales that make the tailoring a non-issue. The next time you look around and spot someone who just "looks perfect" chances are they had their clothes tailored (especially tops and jackets!) to fit THEM...

Compromise between getting new outfits and holding your previous favorites! Have your favourite products of your cloth wardrobe adapted to extra healthy the recent you, and then head returned to Kohl's and get some new products.

Usually the length isn't much. The waist, sides..etc are more. I don't think it's good idea. B/c then the pant won't really look right, or fit right. I've done it before and wasn't to happy.
