you need a rewrite and punctuation.

Open your future to your new citizens.
use as few words as possible and make them count, don't use negatives, only positives.
a barbed wire fence behind and vertically shorter than the peace symbols could be a nice touch.
we are not "at war" with mexico as we are with iraq right now so i think the soldiers are wrong. you don't really need another image down there. remember: simple.
the repetitive style and language help people read it in a instant, which is about all the time we give to any image.
i can't read the spanish but i like what you have done with the
unity box and HOPE.
since this is a project, learn from it.
i'll vote for it because i can see your effort and i know you can do better.
