yes she does and i find her really really annoying but what can we do. i dont think she has talent at all!

I think she prob does but think about it...she also dances and that takes a lot of energy. But she prob sings along w/ the music. She's not the only person im pretty sure other ppl lip sync 2. who cares if other ppl don't they're stupid

i love miley too! i love how shes full of energy and is always happy. she was great on the teen choice awards last night and im happy for her winning an award!
shes a celebrity....celebs have die-hard fans & haters. thats just how it goes =[
but anyway to answer your question lol, she does lip sync. i still love her & i think she has LOTS & LOTS of talent but there are times when shes not rly singing.

I love her too. but I think that she does in her episodes when she's not at a concert cuz in the episode where jackson is out of a job and Miley hires him to work for Hannah as her "assisticant" and when she's doing the video for "I Got Nerve", she sounds EXACTLY the same as she does when she was doing a concert.
And she's kind of a bad lip-syncer. Cuz her timing is off by, like, half a second.
and she sort of doesn't move her lips right.
