Yes they did for a few months, (I remember seeing it ALL over the tabloids) but recently broke up. I heard rumors about him dumping her for his "Hairspray" co-star Nikki Blonsky.
Personally, I think it was more of a publicity thing for High School Musical 2 than a real relationship.
