It is not likely that it is not the same bat. You probably have an area of your house that they are getting into, and a couple of them are getting lost. Please keep catching them and letting them go as they are very essential to the eco-system and you. They eat pounds of mosquitos every year. You actually should want them around, although not flying in your living room.
Check out this site, this guy is very good.

If you have a bat flying around inside your house, it doesn't want to be there any more than you want it there. Open the door so there is an easy exit for the bat. Move so that the bat is between you and the door and hold up a towel in front of it. The bat will sense the towel with its echo-location and fly away from it. Move the towel to drive the bat towards the door. Eventually it will fly out and away. You don't touch the bat with this method so you don't cause it distress. It is easier if there are two of you doing it.

Animal control folks or exterminator can get rid of what's flying around, but you should take some serious look-see at how they're getting IN. A bat can fit into the same teeny hole as a large mouse can...so have those eaves, rafters, vents and such checked. We have tons of bats out flying around our place at night, but thanks to some super remodeling and extra insulation & vent-covers etc, not one of the critters has paid us a visit indoors. Bats are the good guys for around outside the house...they eat a ton of creepie-crawlies every night.

You need to find where they are entering and block off that hole. Remember to try and get them out of your house HUMANELY. Bats are a very important part of the ecosystem and help control insect populations. They are very good at ridding mosquitos and other insects from around your house. They are also important pollinators of many fruits and other foods that we eat. Many species are threatened and endangered and would be illegal to harm or kill. Look here for helpful tips on how to "bat-proof" your house.

AT NIGHT ONLY>find the places they come into the house. the openings however could be small. and close them up so the bats cant return. they are active at night so they will be out of the house...usually the attic is their roosting spot., they are beneficial to humans but not when they bite you. Probalby not the same "one" you most likely have a family in there.

I recommend in basic terms leaving them on my own, they have customary a house there, and that they gained't harm you. My kinfolk had bats below the porch overhang at a house we rented, and we never had problems, till my dad used the grill there while it became raining, and the next day we discovered a pair of them had died from the carbon monoxide that had equipped up the place they have been :(

Check your attic or any opening in your home and seal it. Also, you may want to get rabies shot or trap the animal and test it for rabies.. A kid got bit and didn't even know it and died of rabbies.
