if you have long hair you have to brush once a day not more than once, but if you have a short hair you don't need to brush every day, because if you brush your haire every day or couple time your hair start folling down, only the reason to brush once a day just to rub the hair skin to play blood under your hair skin, and about long haire if you didn't brush for couple days oe one week your hair start stocking to each other and after that it is hard to brush.

YES it is very interesting job..
The dermatologists say that if you want to give your hair more protein so that they never fall-off,just brush them up when going to sleep.
It doesnt wastes your time and also enriches your hairs..
I do brush my hair every day before going to bed.

No, I don't unless I am trying to look better for my partner that evening. I usually brush my hair really good and many times over in the morning. :o)

when it is straight yes or after i shower and then wrap it ans sleep i have really thick latina hair so it will get tangles if i dont. However I usually shower in the morining to wake me up so my hair is usally up when i go to sleep.
I don't use alot of hairspray or gel so it doesn't bother me.

My wife does. Prevents knots as she says. But mostly I think she does it because she knows I like to watch her do it before coming to bed.

Yep. I have to. I braid my hair before going to bed because it helps prevent knots and tangles. with hair as long and thick as mine it would take me two hours just to untangle it! You?
