yes a parent without parental rights can still be ordered to pay child support..i paid it for 4 years without parental rights and the courts said i would pay it until my children were adopted but luckily in my case wrong doing was proved on the cps worker and i got my children back

There are many cases where the court removes parental rights but they still are responsible for child support. Unless there are papers signed in court, you will still be required to pay.

still your kids so you still have the obligation of support.

unless the custodial parent actually agrees to it you sign something affirming that.

i've heard of instances, maybe not in california, where parents still pay support after the child is in the foster care system.

Not for future child support. Nothing can relieve a parent of past due child support except failure of the other parent to push collection.
