An employer can fire you for anything, at any time.
You have no recourse. Just learn from this experience.

Well you don't mention a State. So I will have to go by the comment of the first person, as that is how we do it in my State. Either side can terminate employment at ANY time.

No. Especially if you live in a "right to work" State. You can be fired for any reason or none at all. Your "problem" could be construed as costing your boss business.
