You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.
An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

In "ye good olde days" it was common practice to make a small pellet of ginger, stinging nettle and horse dung. This was then shoved up a horse's anus to make it hold it's tail up and prance about. This was called "gingering up". Are you sure that you're not suffering from somethig similar?
What sort of curry or ingredient provokes this response? Try and identify it then you can avoid it.
Try drinking a lot a milk about an hour before you eat. If it doesn't line your bowels then at least it'll diminsh the amount of the curry that you eat.

You obviously can't handle curry then can you? It could just generally be curry or it could be onion thats in the curry or milk even! You will have to try completly diffrent types to see what you can an can't eat. Buy a bottle of kalione and morphine from the chemists so you can drink it next time this happens (a tiny table spoon of it add a drop of water)

Try drinking a glass of milk before a curry. And not too much beer with the curry. Beer makes the curry effects worse.

Stop eating Curry's,it seems you have an allergy to
these highly hot and spiced meals.Try a diet with
plenty of fiber in it.Drink plenty of water when you
have the runs this will help stop dehydration.
Use baby wipes to clean your anus. You could finish
up with piles or Hemorrhoids as they are known and these could be and are very pain full, also for sourness, use a good Hemorrhoid cream to ease the pain.

Be prepared.
Baby wet ones. Instead of toilet paper and if you get bowel cramps Imodium. My other half loves the taste, but can't take the heat either.
Added to:
You'll get used to it. you are talking about vindaloo and hotter
if not listen to the answers above. Good eating
To all of the above who drink alcohol. If you get a hangover the next day, just stop drinking, bet with most people that's not an option.

Unfortunately, this is a sign of an allergy to a common curry ingredient,it could be any. A friend of mine has the same problem,he no longer has curry of any type,as much as you like it, it doesn't like you.

Sometimes eating/drinking a milk type product helps relieve the "burn" when eating hot or spicey foods. This usually helps on the way in, but I couldn't say about the way out.
